High-Carb (HC) Days:
• CHO = 572g
• PRO = 343g
• FAT = 0g
• Total kcal = 3660

Low-Carb (LC) Days:

• FAT = 114g

Didn’t make as much progress this week as I would have liked. I blame my lack of detailed meal planning. This week, I’m going to monitor my food intake with more accuracy than I usually do. Hopefully this will get my fat loss back on track.
