Weekend Workshop: L.I.F.T. Cert Level 1
This weekend, I am attending the L.I.F.T. Certification Level 1 workshop. Peak Performance is hosting this event, and I am very excited to be part of this two-day workshop!
This workshop is teaching me all sorts of important skills on how to progress (and regress) movements; how to merge corrective exercises with strength, speed and fat loss movements; and how to quickly and accurately assess a client for imbalances and potential weaknesses.
If you’re not familiar with Josh Henkin or his Ultimate Sandbag, I suggest you look into both ASAP.
